Sky Watch Friday

This is another shot taken at Stockton Beach, north of Newcastle, in New South Wales. These small wetlands are found behind the first row of sound dunes. Really pretty but don't drive through them - we always see people get bogged :-)

Thanks for visiting my blog. I went through Newscastle on a bus when I was about 19 or so. I was amazed how beautiful the beach was. So Newcastle means fond memories to me. My son who is 20 went through Newcastle recently on his way to Brisbane with his girlfriend.

Good cloud effect. I love that area but haven't been up there for a long time.

A lovely photo of a precious area.
One can see, if not hear the wind in the clouds and the grasses.
Sharon I wish you well.

Lovely secluded wetlands. The birdlife must be prolific there. What great opportunities you have for catching some. Nice photo.

Beautiful - lovely light colors that are so inviting. I can almost feel the soft breeze and the cool, moist air. Lovely post - really!

The openness is so appealing. Love the clouds, too.

I cannot even believe 45 minutes of the deluge in the next post. Wow!
